WE ARE SEWARD COUNTY

The Legacy Fund for Seward County is dedicated to the improvement and long-term viability of the Seward County residents. The volunteer Fund Advisory Committee (FAC) believes in empowering Seward County through sustainable investments and initiatives. The Fund is dedicated to supporting a wide range of causes and projects
that aim to enhance the well-being and prosperity of the communities of our County. The FAC actively works to increase charitable giving and will award grants to worthy local causes and projects that address emerging needs and future opportunities in the county-wide community. The Fund is currently seeking proposals for our two grant
cycles (July 31 and January 31) throughout the year. Right now, our average grants are between $1,000 and $5,000 per organization, but as the Fund grows the FAC anticipates being able to make larger grants.

Through strategic partnerships and collaborative efforts, we work closely with local organizations, leaders, and stakeholders to identify pressing needs and implement effective solutions. By leveraging our resources and expertise, we aim to foster positive change and create a brighter future for generations to come. Established in 2019, the
Legacy Fund for Seward County is an affiliated fund of Nebraska Community Foundation.

We are dedicated to serving the communities of Beaver Crossing, Bee, Cordova, Garland, Goehner, Milford, Pleasant Dale, Seward, Staplehurst, and Utica. At the Legacy Fund for Seward County, we are committed to making a difference and building a County where everyone can thrive.

Join us in our mission to create lasting change and leave a legacy of hope and opportunity for all.
